Mapping the transition


It looks like a mountain range or a roller coaster.
This is Elmer's diagram of his transition.
Clearly, it hasn't been smooth sailing.
The team tells us to expect more of the same, so I'd better batten down the hatches.

    Wow, I'm still getting over the fact that he has diagrammed it. There couldn't be a clearer picture. I truly hope things even out soon...

    Transitions are so rough, especially the huge one of a new school. His resilience is amazing.
